14 Day Approval
We offer 14 days of unconditional approval on any item purchased
from our mail order dept. We will supply a full refund
(excluding postage and packaging)
on any item returned unsoiled within 14 days.
Alternatively, you may simply exchange the item
Returns must be sent back by signed for delivery with your invoice number.
WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNS.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post.
If an item fails to reach us please contact Royal mail and put in a claim for lost goods.
We charge postage costs to send out returned items for exchange.
Payment by Visa Switch or Delta can be made over the phone.
Please have your card number, expiry date in the case of Switch and Delta, issue number, and 3 digit security number, at hand when calling.
Postage is charged at the postal rate. We will be happy to quote specific prices
in order to ensure the correct amount is sent.
If goods are in stock, dispatch is usually the same working day but under
exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery
