Returns, Exchanges & Complaints
You have 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund as long as the goods are unmarked and unused.
Up to 30 days If your item is faulty, you can get a refund.
Returns must be sent back by signed for delivery with your invoice number within 14 days.
WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNS.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost in the post.
If your returns fail to reach us please contact Royal mail and put in a claim for lost goods.
Return postage costs are to be met by the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship must be returned for inspection immediately
and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
In these cases, 28 days must be allowed.
Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged,
as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages.
