This bradoon has small rings and a fine mouth piece that has a more lifting action than the thicker bradoons.
The french link doesn’t have the nutcracker action of a single-jointed snaffle and therefore may be a good choice for horses with a low palate. Instead, the mouthpiece lays flat across the tongue. Small ring eggbut side suitable to use as a bradoon.
The curved link mouthpiece avoids the nutcracker action of a single joint, preventing the bit from hitting the top of the mouth and giving the rider independent control over each side of the mouth. The German Silver mouthpiece promotes salivation and gives the tongue a little extra space for easy swallowing.
